Scope of Services
The City of Holly Hill, Florida (the “City”) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the furnishing, supply, and installation of audio and video equipment in the Commission Chambers and Large Conference Room at City Hall. Work includes upgrading wireless microphones, ceiling speakers, amplifiers, audio/video control systems, cameras, sound bars, A/V casting, system programming, and staff training.
Proposing firms must demonstrate experience in similar A/V system installations or utilize experienced subcontractors
