Title: 2025-2027 Snow Removal Services

The scope of work for this contract is to supply snow plowing, removal, anti-icing (pre-treatment), and deicing services. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials (including curb indicators), equipment, tools, and fuel to complete the work described within the Detailed Specifications (DS). This includes, but is not limited to, snowplows, front-end loaders, dump trucks, shovels, snow blowers, ice melt, salt spreaders (hand and truck), and safety equipment needed to complete the work at the following facilities owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD): George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building; Environmental & Maintenance Services Center (EMSC); 12 Pump Stations; 20 West-side Outlying Facilities and 30 East-side Outlying Facilities. Refer to the Site Maps in the Attachments section of the Bid in OpenGov for addresses and coverage details. The specific work varies by location. The duration of the requirement contract with the "Sewer District" shall be 18-months, or until the funds appropriated are exhausted. Services are to occur from November 1, 2025, through April 31, 2027.
The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (Sewer District) protects public health and the environment by leading effective wastewater and stormwater management. As the largest wastewater treatment provider in the State of Ohio, the Sewer District spans 380 square miles, serves 62 communities and one million residents, treats 90 billion gallons of wastewater a year, and manages more than 400 miles of streams.
In addition to its award-winning treatment plant and laboratory performance, the Sewer District's Project Clean Lake construction program will reduce annual Lake Erie pollution by 4 billion gallons by 2035, while its Regional Stormwater Management Program addresses widespread inter-community problems like flooding, pollution, and erosion.
