Solicitation Description:

The Texas Health and Human ServicesCommission (HHSC) on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services(DSHS), is seeking a qualified organization that can provide project managementoversight and conduct preparedness activities related to development of a stateMedical Shelter Plan; conduct response operations to execute the Medical Shelter Plan; identify and survey potential Alternate Care Sites(ACS); provide identification, maintenance and deployment of state EvacuationTriage Teams (ETTs); train local ETTs; and provide and/or participate in publichealth and medical trainings and exercises.Contractor shall support response and activation of Medical Shelters anddeployment of ETTs throughout Texas during disasters.
