Public Safety Energy Improvements Fire EMS

The City of Cleveland is seeking qualifications for the design and implementation of facility resiliency and energy efficiency improvements on a budget-neutral, performance-contracting basis, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 717.02. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a single qualified provider to implement a guaranteed energy savings performance contract for select City of Cleveland facilities. The project scope includes Public Safety facilities and sites, specifically all Fire and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Stations including the 23 active stations, inactive or stations able to be converted to another function, and potential new Fire and EMS facilities.
