Public Notice of Request For Qualifications for Engineering Services
August 10, 2025
SWAPDD is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications for professional design services on behalf of the following entities: Town of Dierks, Town of Emerson, Town of Perrytown, Town of Ben Lomond, Town of Patmos, Town of Wilton, Town of Chidester, Town of Fulton and City of Stephens These entities are interested in applying for Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant funds from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
