The City of Upper Arlington is soliciting proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to provide co-managed IT infrastructure support services. The selected firm will supplement the City’s internal Information Technology staff by providing advanced infrastructure engineering, monitoring, maintenance, and cybersecurity support.
