Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department will receive sealed bids until, Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., CST on the following:
Main and 13th Street Boring Project
Specifications may be secured from the Commerce Department, 700 West 29th Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov . The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
