Wastewater Lift Station Rehabilitation Project
ACEDP Grant #790-09306-19
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Wastewater Lift Station Rehabilitation (including removal and replacement of the existing above-ground, suction lift pump equipment, controls, enclosures, and related appurtenances) for the City of St. Francis, Arkansas, will be received by the Honorable Teressa Johnson, Mayor, at the St. Francis Baptist Church, 355 North Church, St. Francis, Arkansas 72464 until 10:00 a.m (Local Time) on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing above-ground, suction lift pumps, controls, station piping, enclosures, and reconnection to the existing force mains. Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per hardcopy set obtained, non-refundable) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 (Ph: 870-972-5316); John S. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
