Project Description: The Springville City Parks and Recreation Department wishes to contract with a qualified COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY for landscape maintenance services. The purpose of this RFB is to establish a 1-year contract (with 4 one-year options to renew) with a qualified company who can provide all necessary transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services and expertise to perform landscape maintenance for the City parks/properties listed in this RFB.
