Parking Lot Resurfacing

The Bay-Arenac ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for materials, labor and parking lot resurfacing for:

PROJECT 1: Educational Service Center Parking Lot - approximately 64,000 sq. ft.

The job will require:

• Cold mill 2” of existing asphalt surface and dispose offsite.
• Clean and apply tack coat.
• Installation of new asphalt 2.0 inches MDOT 5EL HMA wear course
• Paint strip lot

PROJECT 2: Educational Service Center Overflow Parking Lot - approximately 18,000 sq. ft.

The job will require:

• Full depth mill to existing stone base
• Excavation and disposal of entire existing asphalt
• Grade and compact existing parting lot
• Installation of new asphalt 2.0 inches base asphalt
• Installation of 2.0 inches top asphalt MDOT 5EL HMA wear course
• Paint strip lot
