SCOPE OF WORK:
REPAIR 2 DRAINS ON B2 WEST AND ANOTHER 2 DRAINS ON B4 WITH LIQUID APPLIED FLASHING AND REINFORCEMENT SCRIM. CUT OUT ARE REPAIR FAILING CAULKING ON RELGET METAL FLASHINGS. INSPECT WALL OVER RECRATIONAL AREA TO SEE IF WEEP HOLES ARE COVERED BY MEMEBRANE ALLOWING INFILTRATE WALL FALSHINGS. REMOVE INSULATION AROUND PLUMBING AND CONDUCT A WATER TEST ON THE DRAIN IN THE B3 TPU RANGE TO SEE IF THE WATER IS COMING IN FROM THE ROOFING MEMBRANE OR IF THE FERNCO THAT ATTACHES THE DRAIN OT THE PLUMBING IS THE CAUSE OF THE LEAK.
