The City of Oakland (“City”) Department of Public Works, is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured security service firms to provide Citywide Security Services. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for delivering both armed and unarmed security services for specified City facilities, for the purpose of maintaining high levels of security at select City facilities.
