Project Description: This project is for design services for the construction of a projected minimum of five (5) career fire stations over the next five (5) years. It is anticipated that all stations will be in excess of 12,000 square feet with a construction cost exceeding $5 million. The selected consultant/architect (Proposer) will be required to review the County’s existing proto-typical design and incorporate changes based on discussions with staff and operational needs.
