Project Description: The City of Brownsville is soliciting bids for the Mechanical Upgrades Project at the Brownsville City Hall located at 1001 E. Elizabeth Street, Brownsville, Texas 78520. Work includes demolition of MEP systems, and installation of new chillers, pumps, AHUs, piping and air distribution systems, and related electrical and controls upgrades. Electrical work also includes upgrading of main service, provision of a temporary transformer, and a new generator.
