The contractor shall provide a solution that meets FBOP technical, security, and performance standards, including secure video capture, retention, audit capability, and system scalability. The anticipated contract type is Firm‑Fixed‑Price with a base period and optional ordering periods.
This acquisition is being competed under NAICS 334220, and the Government intends to evaluate proposals based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
