Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Office of Energy Development
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: janitorial services for the Office of Energy Development in Orangeville, UT. Work as specified in Attachment B Scope of Work. .
Mandatory Site Visit: Bidder must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on Wednesday, June 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the San Rafael Research Lab located at: 800 N Coal Haul Rd, Orangeville, UT 84537. Any late vendors will be asked to leave.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 Years.
