A Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (EDT/EST) in the Washington County Administration Complex, Third Floor, Conference Suite 3000, 100 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland at which time County personnel will be present to answer any questions. Participation in this meeting is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. All interested bidders wishing to participate via teleconference, please call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference to receive instructions.
