This amendment #1 to RFQ 15B10625Q00000023 hereby makes the following changes to the Powerhouse Water Treatment solicitation.

*Updated RFQ document to include 52.225-1, Buy American--Supplies (Oct 2022) (41 U.S.C. chapter 83) and FAR 52.204-23 Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab Covered Entities.

*Update RFQ to extend CLOSING DATE/TIME TO July 28, 2025 - 10:00 AM ET US/EASTERN TIME.

*Adds a site visit:

July 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST at FCC Butner, Training Center - Old NC Highway 75, Butner, North Carolina 27509.

NCIC forms due for site visit: July 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

*Add deadline to submit questions to July 24, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue 15B10625Q00000023 for the provision of Powerhouse Water Treatment to the Federal Correctional Complex Butner located in Butner, North Carolina. The NAICS code for this requirement is 221310. The small business size standard is $41,000,000. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after, July 7, 2025, with a due date of July 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
