Synopsis
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified Offerors for the exterior structural repair of a 5,000 square foot single-level office building. Additionally, interior architectural elements such as, but not limited to drywall ceiling tiles, windows, doors, flooring, etc. are to be repaired and or replaced within this project package. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS or via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required the Offerors contact the buyer of record, Michael.Yoder@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before the proposal closes, if the Offerors intend to submit a hard copy proposal. Proposals will not be accepted by email.
