Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a Bidder to provide APC/Schneider Electric equipment for data center upgrades. This equipment change integrates with multiple systems, requiring specific equipment and authorized APC/Schneider Electric vendors. No alternative equipment or manufacturer will be allowed. The installation window will be December 29 through December 31, 2025

This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
