This project is to provide the turnkey replacement of one 12,000-gallon RECO Commercial Systems atmospheric storage tank as supplied by Sydnor at the Rowanty Technical Centerâs Water and Fire Distribution Center. The contractor must remove and dispose of the existing atmospheric storage tank and install its replacement using a crane owned and insured by the contractor. The tank shall feature an NSF-approved interior coating, access hatch, drain, and overflow fittings. Existing controls will be modified and reinstallation on the new tank. The project will require a system shutdown and must be completed outside the centerâs academic year.
