The County of Livingston, acting by and through its Office of Emergency Management, is issuing this RFP seeking a vendor with expertise in Hazard Mitigation Planning to update the All Hazard Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Plan for the County and its participating partner municipalities. Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 1:00 p.m. August 12, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.
