Temporary Labor Services

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for Temporary Labor Services for the Public Works Solid Waste/Recycling Division. Complete specifications and bid documents may be obtained at no cost through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4740_Fy26_Temporary_Labor_Services . Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4740_Fy26_Temporary_Labor_Services until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.  The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held.  If needed, please schedule a Site Visit with Myoung Moon the Solid Waste Superintendent at 240-508-6672.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4740_Fy26_Temporary_Labor_Services .  Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Thursday, April 24, 2025. to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit a bid.
