SINGLE FEASIBLE SOURCE (SFS) MODOT SL 0000000035SL: Alpha Traffic Products

The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District has determined that only Traffic Control Corporation can provide the Department with stand alone UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) units and other specific use Alpha products, replacements, warranty, and service repairs for existing Alpha products already installed in the St. Louis District. Traffic Control Corporation is the sole authorized distributor for Alpha Technologies, Inc. in the state of Missouri. Repairs by unauthorized repair facilities could void any warranty and/or functional responsibility on the part of the respective manufacturer. These specific products and/or services has been documented as fully and absolutely compatible with all current systems. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year periods.
