JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CITY FACILITIES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, will contract proposals to be accepted up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, electronically through the e-procurement portal at http://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofamericancanyon or at the City Clerk's Office, American Canyon City Hall located at 4381 Broadway, Second floor. Proposals are being accepted from qualified firms for Janitorial Services for City Facilities in accordance with the included specifications, terms, and conditions shown in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The clock in the City Clerk’s office will be used to make the official determination of the time bids are submitted.

A non-mandatory PRE-PROPOSAL WALKTHROUGH of each location will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. to be guided by Brian Materne, Superintendent and Bill Dodson, Building Maintenance. Interested parties shall meet at Corporation Yard, 300 Napa Junction Road at 12:45 pm. This walkthrough of city sites will only be held once.

The City of American Canyon Maintenance and Utilities Department is accepting proposals from qualified firms requesting sealed proposals for professional services to be performed for janitorial services to be performed at the following City buildings:

1. American Canyon City Hall, 4381 Broadway
2. City of American Canyon Police Department, 911 Donaldson Way East
3. Corporation Yard, 300 Napa Junction Road
4. Community Center, 300 Napa Junction Road
5. Recreation and Aquatics, 100 Benton Way
6. Recreation Center, 2193 Elliott Drive
7. Adult Activity Center, 2185 Elliott Drive
8. Water Reclamation Facility, 151 Mezzetta Court
9. Water Treatment Plant, 250 Kirkland Ranch Road
