DESCRIPTION: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333415. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of the following brand name requirement.

Requirement: The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is requiring the brand name or equal to purchase of Ultra-Low Freezer to be used in the Pathology & Lab Medicine Service Department for storing specimens and reagents in Hematology. Ultra-Low Freezer to replace the current Ultra-Low Freezer that have reached its end of life and need replacement. Used or refurbished equipment is unacceptable. This will be delivered to their Pathology &Lab department at James J. Peters VA Medical Center (address below).
