The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Maintenance & Repair of Emergency Generators Citywide

This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Wednesday July 8 2026 .
