Description: Finger Lakes DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform lawn care and maintenance services at Monroe Developmental Campus in Monroe County. The Scope of Work includes but not limited to mowing of lawns and performance of clean-up services. Mandatory Site Visit-All potential Bidders MUST attend the scheduled Mandatory Site Visit if they with to submit a bid. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Lawn Care and Maintenance Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest cost. Prevailing Wage will apply. Bid opening will be conducted via Web Ex and in person.
