Livery Insurance Rate Study and Rate Recommendations

The New York State Department of Financial Services (Department) is soliciting proposals from a responsive and responsible Contractor to provide a New York State Livery Insurance Rate Study and Rate Recommendations.

This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with New York State Finance Law, Article XI. The Contractor selected will provide all necessary services as outlined in the RFP.

The Department is seeking proposals from a qualified actuarial consultant to conduct an industry rate analysis on behalf of the Department for the New York State livery industry, including recommending rates for various business segments, types of coverage, territories, and policy limits.
