Project Description: Monaghan Township will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for the construction of a new Administration building, a conditioned Storage building, a non-conditioned Storage building, and associated sitework until 2:00 PM on October 23, 2024, at which time they shall be opened online. Results will be posted publicly on PennBid’s website by 4:00 PM the same day. All documents and solicitation details will be made available online, at no cost, on PennBid’s website (www.PennBid.net) beginning on September 30, 2024.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on October, 3, 2024 at 202 South York Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend. A tour of the existing facilities and property will be offered following the meeting.
All bidders must submit bid security.
Monaghan Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to accept the Bid which is in the best interest of the Township.
