Office of Information Services Mobile Application and Website Testing Software Solution

This is a re-post of a previously released sourcing event.  The State has expanded upon the requirements and specifications.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks to identify a vendor capable of delivering a cloud-based software solution that integrates with the UiPath On-Prem platform . The solution must allow ODJFS to run automated tests on virtual mobile devices and perform cross-browser testing . The software solution should be sourced from one of the following platforms: Sauce Labs, Experitest, or Perfecto , as these are the only options that support integration with UiPath. This solution is intended to facilitate the automated testing process the Office of Information Services (OIS) Innovative Solutions and Services (ISS) Software Testing and Requirement Services (STARS) for the fiscal year 2025 and subsequent years. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) may execute a written contract with the awarded offeror. The contract is expected to run upon director or designee signature and expire June 30,2025. There will be an option to renew for one (2) 2-year renewal periods with the final renewal expiring June 30, 2029, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.

ODJFS will review the Quotes and award to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier that fully meets the requirements of the RFQ and offers the lowest quote.
