Solicitation Summary

The Department of Public Works of Queen Anne’s County will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified engineering firms for a comprehensive, sanitary sewer feasibility study pertaining to the connection of the Marling Farms Subdivision and Dominion Community, located south of Dominion Road in Chester, to the Sanitary District wastewater treatment plant located at 310 Bateau Drive, Stevensville.

Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until April 10, 2025 at which time they will be reviewed and short-listed to up to three firms on the basis of their qualifications, at which point Queen Anne’s County will then prepare a Request for Price Proposals. The award of the feasibility study, if any, will be on the basis of the lowest responsible, responsive bid submitted by short-listed firms.
