REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
This request for proposals (“RFPs”) seeks qualified providers for Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and Permitting, Licensing, and Case Management System (PLCMS) for West Valley City, Utah.

Questions regarding the RFP should be to Jeni or Ken as listed above.
Opening/due date shall be April 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. local prevailing time, as conclusively established by Bonfire.com. No public opening will be held. Results will be made available on the City Website.
Proposals must comply with the requirements of the full Request for Proposals to be considered. The right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all defects is reserved.
