This Request for Qualifications is for Professional Design-Build Services that consist of design and construction of the HVAC and Electrical system improvements as described in the provided Criteria Design documents at the City of Cleveland Thurgood Marshall Recreation Center. The City of Cleveland chose Criteria A/E firms IKM Architecture / Algebra AEC in March 2022 who have prepared the criteria requirements to a Schematic Design (SD) level.
