RFP #1175491 - Task Order Contract (TOC) for Roofing and Building Envelope Contractor Services

The intent of this contract is to establish a reliable group of prequalified Roofing and Thermal envelope contractors, who can respond to Montgomery County Government with timely contractor
services, procured through a competitive bid process. The intent of Montgomery County is to establish contracts with up to five (5) Contractors for this scope of services.

The first project for this RFP is the Longwood Recreation Center, Partial Roof Replacement, Drawings and Specifications attached, prepared by Gale Associates, dated April 17, 2024.This project serves as a
representative typical project of a Montgomery County facility, and will be awarded to the highest qualified bidder from this solicitation. The bid submission for this project is found in Attachment N, the Drawings and Specifications for this work are found in Attachment P.

Projects being bid through this RFP may require Contractor Services up to Two Million dollars, ($2,000,000.00) but might occasionally require additional services such as architectural, design, etc.
