Miami Township serves as representative for the Austin Center JEDD. The 2025 Austin Aesthetics Maintenance Program contract is for three years with an opportunity to include two additional option years for proposal by vendors. Maintenance activities include litter collection and disposal, turf mowing, edging of beds, sidewalks and curb lines, turf trimming, plant health monitoring, irrigation maintenance, lighting maintenance, bed maintenance, landscape material trimming as well as any other activities necessary to provide clean, neatly maintained areas. A demonstrated ability to perform the specifications of the contract with the proper equipment will be required prior to the contract award.
