The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from firms interested in providing site improvements at 1-11 Colwell Avenue for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the IFB documents.

The Project consists of: Bituminous concrete paving, granite curb and walls, demo and rebuilding of stone/masonry walls, poured in place concrete stairs, steel railings and guard rails, installation of underground conduit, boxes, transformer pad and electrical service to include new electrical panelboards and related equipment.
