The City of Leesburg desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed, certified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to install a new sewer collection vault box, along with the construction of two new manholes and the complete installation of all associated piping in accordance to specification.
