Summary:Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Andrews Hall Reroofing, project code 268-B3268-010, at
The Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS). The project is generally described as a complete tear off
and replacement of the existing low slope roofing surfaces, including membranes, insulation, flashings,
counterflashing, copings, scuppers, and accessories. Work also includes reinsulating existing rooftop
ductwork, rust removal and repainting of the cooling tower support frame, and providing new elevated
