Government Services Center Basin Retrofit

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by West Goshen Township via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at which time they will be opened online and posted via PennBid for:
WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP GOVERNMENT SERVICES CENTER BASIN RETROFIT
The project consists of retrofitting an existing detention basin. The retrofit will consist of installing amended soils, naturalized landscape plantings, underdrain, new 8-inch diameter outfall by directional drilling, gabion forebays, and outfall structure modifications.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Goshen Township or a Bid Bond in favor of West Goshen Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Work by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
West Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
