The City of Quincy, acting through the Department of Public Works, is soliciting an Invitation to Bid for the procurement and installation of a replacement trash grate for Furnace Brook near 484 Quarry Street in Quincy, MA. The project involves the removal of an existing damaged trash grate and possible granite wall repair and concrete slab work, demolition and disposal of the old grate, furnish and installation of a corrosion-resistant replacement grate, and restoration of the surrounding area. All work will occur within previous disturbed upland.
