REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

The City of Lawrence seeks proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to serve as Project Management Consultant. This strategic leadership role is responsible for guiding the city’s grant-funded initiatives, implementing a centralized project management system, and providing cross-departmental coordination to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with citywide development goals.

The Requests for Proposals may be downloaded at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids .

Proposals from vendors are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 10:00 AM on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23, 2025.

Submit one original and three (3) copies, sealed and clearly labeled:
“Project Management Consultant – Sealed Proposal”.
Include separate sealed price and non-price proposals

All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 30B, as established in the RFP.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
