Mailchimp Standard and Beaufort12

This request is for mailchimp Standard and Beaufort12 for tier 10,001-15000 contacts. Services to start when services received for a period of 1 year.

This is being resoliciated to add the Beaufort12.  You must submit a bid to this round to be considered.

This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting MBE suppliers for mailchimp Standard and Beaufort12 10,001-15000 Contacts. Only MBE suppliers who offer this item may respond to this solicitation.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

All suppliers should register as a Payee at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/.  OhioPays is the system where businesses and individuals monitor payments and update their profile when needed

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State by navigating to https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
