The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for an estimated 450,000 LBS per year of Cationic Liquid Polyelectrolyte as specified.

The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $570,000.00 per year.
