The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and/or Mental Health Treatment in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County California for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein.
