The State Preservation Board (SPB) is requesting pricing for the selective demolition and replacement of portions of the existing roof. The project includes installing reinforced gypsum coverboard and a single-ply roofing membrane over the modified bitumen roof (MBR). The MBR surface will be properly prepared to ensure a clean, sound, smooth, and dry substrate for the new roofing system. Additionally, the project includes repairs and recertification of the lightning protection system.
