2026 Forest Grove Dr/Middle Rd Corridor Landscape Maintenance Program

The City of Bettendorf, Iowa, is currently requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide spring and fall cleanup and landscape maintenance services within the medians and roundabouts along the Forest Grove Drive/Middle Road corridor for the 2026 growing season. A lump sump price proposal shall be submitted for the entire corridor. Prices submitted shall be inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation services, utility, disposal of litter and debris, dumping fee if yard waste, and all incidentals necessary for the completion of all work covered by the contract documents. Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify the proposal as being non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

If at any time during the contract period the City determines that service is unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract. Contractor will be notified of such action in writing and the cancellation will be effective immediately. If cancellation of services is made, the City will offer other contractors the opportunity to provide the described services at their original proposal price.
