Repair Well 3 and Well 5 with SCADA Automation- with AMENDMENT 0005

***THIS SOLICITATION HAS REPLACED SOLICITATION FA480325B0003. ***Shaw AFB requires the installation of process equipment, controls systems, system integration, and remote SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) access for the Wells. Remote SCADA access shall be provided by Allen Bradley and the newly managed switches. The current Automated Logix WebCTRL system, will not be used in the SCADA system. The existing Well system shall be constructed and operated to meet guidelines and standards provided by Shaw AFB Design and Construction Standard, American National Standards Institute (ANSI), American Waterworks Association (AWWA), National Electrical Code (NEC), and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).This requirement shall be completed in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 07 March 2025.

The Magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(e) is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.

A second site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Friday, 11 July 2025 / 9:00 AM EST. ***ATTENDANCE TO THIS SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY FOR OFFERORS TO PROVIDE BID SUBMISSONS. EVEN IF YOU ATTENDED THE PREVIOUS/FIRST SITE VISIT*** The meeting location is the 20th Contracting Squadron parking lot located at 321 Cullen Street, Building 216, Shaw AFB, SC. 29152. Please refer to Attachments 09 through 12 for Base Access Request form and supporting documentation.

Bid Opening procedures will begin on Tuesday, 11 August 2025/10:00 EDT. Bid opening will be held at the 20th Contracting Squadron, Cullen Street, Building 216, 2nd Floor Main Conference Room, Shaw Air Force Base, SC 29152. If attending in person base access approval through security forces is required. Please refer to attachments 10 through 12 for base access procedures. A TEAMS invite will be provided after bid submission close date/time to all offerors to provide option to attend bid opening via teleconference call-in.
