Bids will be accepted by the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission at 250 M Street Ext., Agawam, MA until 2:00PM EDT on Thursday June 11, 2026, when they will be publicly opened and read. Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 3039M as amended and other applicable statutes. This project is funded in part by the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act.
