RFP - Football Equipment Reconditioning, Recertification, Purchases and Related Services for Athlete Safety

Project Description: The District is looking for a proposer to improve the standards and processes in which CPS high schools purchase and recondition football helmets and shoulder pads. Proposer will “Recondition” and “Recertify” assigned football helmets and “Recondition” shoulder pads submitted to it by the Board. The district will purchase pre-approved new equipment to replace all rejected football helmets and/or shoulder pads. The committee will ensure proposers have the capacity to service assigned high schools. If more than one proposer is selected, The Board reserves the right to assign high schools based on the amount and brand of football equipment.
